• 2018 Tasca d’Almerita Tenuta Regaleali Catarratto Antisa (Sicily): Like modernly-styled Chardonnay, only more interesting & with acidity $22 B+
• 2017 Tasca d’Almerita Tenuta Regaleali ‘Guarnaccio’ Perricone (Sicily): Now that, my friend, is one spicy meatball. $20 B+
• 2018 Cortonesi – La Mannella Rosso di Montalcino (Tuscany): Succulent, and totally ready right now for pasta. $28 B+
• NV A to Z Wineworks Bubbles Sparkling Rose (Oregon): A whole lotta watermelon, and a whole lotta fun. $20 B
• 2015 Mullan Road Cellars Red (Columbia Valley): Feels massive & dense because, well, it still is. $47 A-
• 2017 Oceano Chardonnay (San Luis Obispo County): Vibrant core, creamy nose, and a full stride. $38 A-
• 2017 CrossBarn Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley): Dancing a fine line between dark and tangy. $55 A-
• 2016 Pope Valley Winery Eakle Ranch Vineyard Merlot (Napa Valley): For when you absolutely need to bring the bramble. $38 B+
