		<description>I hardly think you can say he &quot;misled us from the getgo&quot; when he has shown that te original post very clearly stated that &quot;The main wine list that I submitted was a perfectly decent selection from around Italy that met the magazine&#8217;s basic criteria&quot;. It doesn&#039;t get much clearer than that. The fact that everyone focussed on the most scandalous interpretation of what was posted doesnt make Goldstein&#039;s original information misleading in any way and only indicates that the story might have been blown somewhat out of proportion in the subsequent retelling by others.
As to releasing the entire list: to what end? Nobody has tried to argue (who understood what Goldstein originally said that is) that it was anything other than a &quot;perfectly respectable list&quot;, though as Goldstein points out on his blog the average of their scores as judged by Wine Spectator was somewhat less than the average score given out by them historically.  </description>
