Congratulations to Alex on creating his own path for himself upon receiving ownership of the vineyard. Joe, you can confirm this for me, but that type of action must say something about his character. As you described, his demeanor is gentle and soft-spoken, but his foundation sounds unshakably rock-steady. He appealed to what felt right in his own mind which were not his father's traditions--and that journey has paid off. Good for him!
