Hey Steve – thanks for the comment. And I agree with you – while I don’t like to age my reds to a fine barnyard-smelling brown like my buddies in the U.K. do, I tend to drink them later than almost everyone else that I know.

Of course, if a young Burg. smells like barnyard water now, I’m probably not keeping it around to find out if it will somehow get fruitier…
